How To Surrender To Your Money Miracle
I’d be lying if there wasn’t a time in my life where I would fantasize over a million different scenarios and miracles involving money that would take me from broke AF and unable to pay my looming debts to suddenly watching my bank account quadruple overnight… hoping, praying for some divinely magical force to cut me some slack and for the wheel of fate to turn in my favor for once.
If you’re reading this, I’m guessing that you’ve also had these fantasies - dreams about what it would be like to suddenly win the lotto and go from unable to pay bills to 2mill in the bank overnight… having your phone ring and it’s a once-in-a-lifetime deal that will totally transform your business and your income… a distant aunt you never actually knew (or even heard of) kicks the bucket and just so happens to leave behind a juicy inheritance (for those of you out there with slightly more questionable morals and more inclined to think outside the box lol, hey, no judgement).
Or perhaps the money miracle you’re hoping for isn’t so big - you go out to the mail to find a cheque for a thousand dollars, enough to cover your overdue credit card bill. You have another client miraculously sign up just as you’re wondering how you’re going to pay your rent. You’re gifted the exact money you need to sign up for The Money Slay x Money Mentality Makeover with Amanda Frances and yours truly (it’s totally possible… set those intentions, lovebugs!).
In any case, most of you want so desperately to believe that these money miracles are possible but are struggling to make them happen for you. You see it happening to everyone around you and you’re wondering why you’ve never been that lucky. Maybe you’ve tried the money manifesting game with no success or set your intention to receive a cheque in the mail which never came. You want, sooo badly, for this magic to be real - for the possibility that there’s a benevolent force out there looking out for us and supporting us - but because you’re just not witnessing it in your own live (yet) you’re starting to lose faith.
Today I want to help you to truly chill the f*ck out and surrender to your money miracle - because until you learn to surrender and trust, it’s not going to happen.
Before you read this blog post, I would strongly recommend checking out the latest episode of my podcast because I walk you through a visualisation process that will help you to get the fuck out of your own way and truly get you into the place of surrendering. But when you’re done that and you’re feeling aligned AF, come back over here boo, because I’ve got some things I wanna share with you that will help you surrender and let that money #flow right in.
I’ve said this before, but for those of you who are like “co-creating, what?” I’m gonna just give you a quick lesson in Manifesting 101. I want to reiterate today before helping you to surrender that you need to know and understand it’s not your job to figure out the ‘how’ or nut out all of the details involved in your money miracle.
Your only job is to set the intention of how much you want to bring in, and then make sure you’re covering the following things...
Remain open to any way that miracle might unfold
If you’re anything like I used to be, you have a tendency to want to control every little minuscule detail of your life. The moment you set the intention to manifest a money miracle, your brain is already reeling with a bazillion different ideas of how it would make sense to occur, of how you’d prefer it to occur, or is straight up doubting that you have the means in your current life to make it occur at all. You’re probably attached to a specific outcome - maybe you’re convinced you’re going to win the lotto, or that the money is going to come through an influx of clients, or that it’ll arrive in a neat little cheque in the mail.
What you fail to realize is that the Universe has its own plans of how that money is going to show up in your hot little hands, and its plans are probably way more fucking juicy, way more exciting than you could even imagine. In order to avoid missing your miracle altogether because you’re too fucking stubborn and attached to the outcome you’d like to happen or that you think is possible, it’s time to remain open, boo.
The truth is, your limited human capacity can’t even fathom the multitude of juicy ways the miracle might unfold. There is just literally no way you could possibly process the level of information that the Universe has access to - to assess all of the options, see all of the connections, orchestrate things in the divine way that it does. So if you are attached to ‘well the money has to come this way, or it’s not the miracle I asked for’, you run the risk of missing the miracle even if it flies out and hits you in the fucking face. #whoopsie
You run the risk of missing the subtle (or sometimes not so subtle) nudges from God, The Universe, the Whatever-you-wanna-believe-in that will lead you right to the money.
It’s like that old fable Julia Roberts explains in Eat, Pray, Love (best movie eva, just sayin’) of the person praying to God, asking- ‘please, please, please, let me win the lottery.’ To which God responds ‘please, please, please, buy a ticket.’ If you’re hellbent on the miracle coming in one form and only that form, then you’re going to miss the nudges, hints or the actions you will be guided to take that will allow it to happen - just like the person missing buying a lottery ticket in the fable.
But there’s something even more fundamental that you need to have, which is at the core of surrendering and which allows you to remain open even if you have NFI how things will unfold…
Just like George Michael (RIP) told us -
You gotta have faith.
To continue this string of quoting smarter people than me, Wayne Dwyer titled his book about co-creating “You’ll See it When You Believe It” because, well, I mean the meaning is in the title lol. If you don’t have faith that somehow, someway, God is conspiring to bring you that miracle - or further than that, that miracles even fucking exist - then do you really think it’s going to show up?
Wah-wow *game-show wrong answer sound*
Don’t think so.
This has nothing to do with God being spiteful and saying ‘well she doesn’t believe in my great powers and abilities, so I’ll show her’, this is about your end of the co-creating deal, your ability to actually see the miracle that’s probably right in front of your fucking face.
God’s all like “hey… hey… hey… do you see it now?...nope?....what about now?.... Still no?.... And now?” while you’re over here throwing yourself a pity party, focusing on all the wrong shit and wondering why your miracle hasn’t showed up yet.
Having faith that no matter what, miracles do fucking happen, and they do fucking happen for you makes it a lot easier to surrender all of your limiting beliefs and concerns about it not having, to surrender to the timing of it happening, to surrender to how it’s going to happen. Knowing in your heart that somehow, someway it’s going to happen and believing it without a shadow of a doubt is the only thing that’s standing in the way of your miracle (other than divine timing).
I can assure you that once you truly believe it, it’ll already be yours - once again, Manifesting 101. And further to that, it’s just a way fucking nicer way to live - in anticipation of all the juicy shit that’s on its way to you….
Decide what kinda world do you want to live in
The thing is, lovebugs, you can either decide that the world you live in is unfair, that there is no such thing as miracles or manifesting or co-creating, that you have no control over how things happen, that you’re a victim, that you’re alone and living this pointless existence until you die *brings out a tiny violin*.
Or you could believe that you are a divine motherfucking co-creator, that miracles happen every single day, that you are always fucking supported (no matter what!) and that God is conspiring to get you everything you fucking want.
I know which one of those two options feels better to me - although I must admit, I do dig tiny violins lol. What about you?
If you believe the latter, you live in the peace of knowing that everything is happening for you and not to you (the cliched quotes continue) and that even when things go to shit, it is for your highest good. It is teaching you a valuable lesson that is getting you closer to the thing you want. That even if it doesn’t happen straight away, that it is inevitable, it’s on its way to you from the first moment you decided you wanted it. And that really, you’re going to be supported and you’re going to be ok no matter what, as long as you have your faith. Suddenly that money miracle doesn’t seem like such a big deal anymore with that viewpoint, don’t you think?
When you integrate the above things, it becomes a lot easier to surrender, to go with the flow, and to trust that the money will come in the perfect timing and in the perfect way for you - but in the meantime, you’re just going to enjoy your life and all the magic that is unfolding around you every fucking day.
